Position: Registered Manager - Snodland
Location: Near Snodland, Kent
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a new opportunity with a growing organisation that offers genuine career progression?

We are recruiting for a medium sized care organisation seeking a strong, proactive manager to lead their care home near Snodland, Kent.

What my client is looking for:
• Proven care management experience
• NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proactive, hands on approach
• Ideally, turnaround experience
• A stable career history with good longevity in previous roles
• Strong knowledge of CQC and care home standards
• Ideally a care home management background
• Strong domiciliary managers will also be considered
