Position: Regional Support Manager
Location: Kent
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 per annum

My client looking for an experienced Regional Support Manager to oversee a portfolio of care homes across Kent, providing leadership, guidance and operational support to the Registered Managers.

You will act as the bridge between Directors and Home Managers, ensuring strong communication, accountability and consistent standards across the region.

Key Responsibilities
• Support, coach and develop Registered Managers.
• Drive high standards of care, compliance and operational performance.
• Maintain strong CQC compliance and support homes through inspections and audits.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement effective action plans.
• Work closely with Directors to ensure regional objectives are achieved.
• Promote a positive culture focused on residents and staff.

About You
• Ideally, you will have previous Regional Support Manager, Regional Manager or Area Manager experience within adult social care.
• However, strong Registered Managers looking to take the next step into a regional role will also be considered.
• You will have excellent CQC knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the confidence to support, challenge and develop managers.

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 depending on experience.
