Position: Registered Manager
Location: Southampton
Salary: £58,000 – £62,000 per annum

Alvo Recruitment are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to take the lead at a care home in Southampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and driven manager with a proven track record of turnaround management, improving standards and delivering positive outcomes within a care setting.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the home, providing strong leadership while ensuring high standards of care, compliance and governance.

You will play a key role in driving improvement, strengthening processes and developing the team, with a particular focus on quality, compliance and operational performance.

About You
• Experienced Registered Manager
• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
• Proven turnaround experience – essential
• Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and regulatory requirements
• Experience carrying out audits, quality monitoring and governance
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Confident, resilient and results focused
• Passionate about delivering high quality, person centred care
