Position: Deputy Manager – Residential Care Home
Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum

Alvo Recruitment looking for a strong and committed Deputy Manager to join a small, well established residential care home near to Dartford - Kent, specialising in dementia care.

The home is well rated and benefits from a long standing and experienced Manager, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a stable and supportive environment where quality care is genuinely valued.

The Role
Working closely with the Home Manager, you will support the day to day running of the home, providing strong leadership to the care team and helping to maintain the high standards the home is known for.

You will be a visible and hands on leader, supporting staff, residents and families while ensuring excellent standards of person centred dementia care.

About You
• Previous experience in a senior care or Deputy Manager role
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Experience within residential or dementia care
• Committed, reliable and passionate about quality care
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident supporting and developing a care team
• A genuine desire to make a positive difference to residents
