Position: Registered Manager
Location: Near Exeter
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Alvo Recruitment are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a medium sized care home near Exeter.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong and confident leader with a genuine passion for delivering high quality, person centred care and the ability to drive standards across the home.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day to day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, governance and resident experience.

You will lead and develop the team, maintain strong relationships with residents and families, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You
• Experienced Registered Manager
• NVQ/QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of dementia care
• Proven experience with CQC compliance, auditing and quality monitoring
• Turnaround experience would be highly desirable
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Confident, resilient and solutions-focused
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
