Position: Unit Manager – Family-Run Nursing Home
Location: Inverness
Hourly rate: £22.15 per hour + £2.00 overtime | 40 hours per week

Are you an experienced RGN/RMN nurse ready to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for a Unit Manager to join a friendly, family-run nursing home in Inverness. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who is looking to step up into a leadership role while remaining hands-on with residents and the care team.

The role:
• 40 hours per week
• 3 long days working on the floor
• 1 shorter supernumerary day
• £22.15 per hour
• £2.00 per hour overtime rate
• Supportive, family-run environment
• Excellent opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills

You must:
• Be a qualified RGN/RMN
• Have strong nursing and elderly care experience
• Be passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care
• Be ready to take the next step into a Unit Manager position
