Position: Registered Manager – Residential Care Home
Location: Crawley
Salary: Up to £40,000
Alvo Recruitment are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a friendly residential care home in Crawley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident care professional who is passionate about high quality, person centred care and creating a positive environment for both residents and staff.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up.
• Have strong experience within residential elderly care.
• Be confident leading, supporting and developing a care team.
• Have a good understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory standards.
• Be organised, compassionate and committed to delivering outstanding care.
