Registered Manager – Children's Home
Location: Near Gloucester
Salary: £50,000+ DOE

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager, or an strong Deputy Manager ready to step up, to lead a small, high-quality children’s home near Gloucester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a real difference to the lives of young people and wants to lead a small, supportive home with a strong focus on care, safeguarding and positive outcomes.

The role:
• Lead and manage the home and care team
• Ensure excellent standards of care and safeguarding
• Support, develop and motivate staff
• Work closely with young people, families and professionals
• Ensure the home remains compliant with Ofsted regulations
• Promote positive outcomes and a nurturing environment for young people

We are looking for:
• Previous experience within children's residential care
• An experienced Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to progress
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and children's home regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A genuine passion for improving outcomes for young people
• A confident and motivated individual who is ready to take the next step in their career

Salary: £50,000+ DOE, with an excellent opportunity for the right person to develop and progress within the organisation.
