Position: Regional Director – Care Homes
Location: South London
Salary: Up to £82,000 per annum, depending on experience
Alvo recruitment are seeking an experienced Regional Director / Regional Manager to oversee a group of care homes across South London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious senior care professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, developing strong management teams and driving operational performance.
The Role
As Regional Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance of a portfolio of care homes, working closely with Registered Managers and the senior leadership team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading, supporting and developing Registered Managers
• Ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding and CQC compliance
• Driving quality, operational and financial performance
• Reviewing audits, KPIs and improvement plans
• Supporting recruitment, retention and management development
• Building strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
• Supporting the organisation's continued growth and development
About You
You will ideally be an experienced Regional Manager, Regional Director or senior care professional with a proven track record of managing multiple services.
You will need:
• Strong experience within adult social care
• Experience overseeing multiple care homes/services
• A thorough understanding of CQC regulations
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for residents
Package:
• Up to £82,000 salary
