Position: Deputy Manager
Location: Near Whitstable, Kent
Salary: £36,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time
Alvo recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a lovely, well-established care home near Whitstable, Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm and supportive home with a long-standing team of staff who are committed to providing excellent care to residents.
The vacancy has arisen due to the current Deputy Manager progressing into the Registered Manager role after an impressive 8 years with the home. They are now looking for someone to join the management team and continue the positive culture already in place.
About You
Ideally, you will have:
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Previous Deputy Manager experience within a care setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care
Deputy Manager experience isn't essential. My client would also welcome applications from experienced Team Leaders or Senior Care Assistants who have strong leadership skills and are ready to take the next step in their career.
The Role
You will work closely with the Registered Manager to support the day-to-day running of the home, lead and support the care team, maintain high standards of care and ensure residents receive the best possible support.
Working pattern:
Week 1: Monday to Friday
Week 2: Monday to Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday
Salary: £36,000 per annum
