Position: Deputy Manager

Location: Aylesford, Kent
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a welcoming, family run care home located near Aylesford.
This is a home with a strong family feel, where staff are supported and residents are at the heart of everything they do. They are looking for someone who can bring confidence, leadership and a genuine passion for providing outstanding care.
You will work closely with the management team, helping to oversee the day-to-day running of the home, support the care team and ensure consistently high standards are maintained.
What my client is looking for
They ideally looking for someone who has already worked as a Deputy Manager within a care setting. However, if you are an experienced Team Leader or Senior Carer with strong leadership skills and are ready to take the next step, I would be keen to hear from you.
You should be confident supporting staff, making decisions and leading by example, while maintaining a hands-on and person-centred approach to care.
The role
This is a full-time position offering a great balance between management and hands-on care.
£35,000 per annum
Full-time position
2 shifts working on the floor
2 shifts supernumerary
