Alvo recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join a growing domiciliary care organisation in Portsmouth.
This is an exciting opportunity for an established Registered Manager who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing organisation.
About the role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.
You will lead and develop the team, maintain strong relationships with service users and their families, and ensure the service continues to meet all regulatory and quality requirements.
About you
We are ideally looking for someone who:
Is an experienced Registered Manager within domiciliary care
Holds an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care / Leadership and Management
Has a strong track record of achieving and maintaining Good CQC ratings
Has a thorough understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
Is a confident and effective people leader
Has experience managing and developing care teams
Is commercially aware and understands the operational side of running a care service
Turnaround experience would be highly beneficial, particularly for someone who enjoys identifying areas for improvement, implementing change and taking a service forward.
